How to prep each food? Zucchini: I cut into smaller slivers. Carrots: i cut into slices. Cauliflower: I cut into smallish chunks (as pictured). Chickpeas: Drain the can, rinse, and dry on a towel. Peppers: I use whole miniature peppers. .
Lay your food item on a cookie sheet or your pan of choice that fits into the oven. Season your food with seasoning/s of choice. Cook your desired foods until browned. .
