I hiked high into the sacromonte area of Granada today. It's a commune of cave dwellings with amazing panoramic views of Granada and the Alhambra. This cave offered tours, and others have created patios serving drinks. I literally said out loud (like a crazy person) "Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore." 🇪🇸😍💃💥
Just finished seeing the Alhambra today. It was definitely the climax of my Andalusian introduction to moorish architecture. I can't believe buildings like this exist in real life. Absolutely incredible. My photos will not do it justice but here's one anyway. So in love with Granada! ❤️🇪🇸💃💥
This was the walk up to the mirador San Nicolas last night in the amazing Albaicin neighbourhood. I was such a shameless tourist and couldn't stop taking picture after picture. For those who haven't been, its winding lane ways and plazas are all built on a large hill above the city. During the medieval moorish era, it had over 30 mosques. It's easily one of the best neighbourhoods I've ever seen. ❤️🇪🇸💃💥
This will go down as one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. The Alhambra in Granada as seen from the mirador San Nicolas at sunset tonight. It kept changing colour as the sun faded and then it lit up as night fell. I couldn't stop staring at it. A man howled a song out with his guitar nearby which helped me deal with the dozens of tourists armed with selfie sticks. My picture looks so peaceful doesn't it? All an illusion. Still, this is one for the books. 😍❤️🇪🇸💃💥
