I've been all outta whack🤪 lately and I could list excuses/reasons both in and out of my control🌪️, but point is the feelings were real👹 (as feelings always are, no matter if the person feeling them or anyone else justifies them rational or not🤷) and I had to stop🛑 and focus🧘 on management👊 and mindset🧠 - sometimes an equally tough mental exercise as physical weight lifting🏋️♀️! After tuning into some self help, I'm embracing the chaos life is giving me❤️, looking for the positive lessons🧐, and trying the best I can which definitely isn't perfect🙈! I'm practicing saying no🙅♀️ to things that don't serve me and yes🙋♀️ to things that do, like nailing💥 this (past due) workout▶️ right here, which relieves so much stress! I went from bad mood overwhelmed 🤬 this morning, to proud💦 and ready to conquer💪 tonight. So if you're anxiety-ridden and self-conscious like me, I highly recommend 📖 #girlwashyourface!
