Real life fitness and fitting exercise in around daily demands sometimes means that you just get out and do it. It's not always pretty, but the view could be worse. And when you're getting uphill as fast as you can, you don't even notice the landscape (or I don't, all I can think about is breathing!! 🤣🤣)
