What’s up everyone! This is a circuit I did before it started freezing here in Jersey. I love outdoor circuits because you can utilize some of the things around you and incorporate that in your workout. Plus it’s nice to get some fresh air!

Hey guys! 😀 Sorry it took me so long to upload this workout! I kept having issues exporting it. 🤦🏼‍♀️But here it is finally!!! My body weight/ @team4kor fitness bands booty 🍑 workout!!! It hurts so good! I was definitely sore the next day! 😆🙊 -walking lunges 30each leg -20pulse squats with light band -25straight leg deadlifts with medium band -20 standing abductors with light band each side -20 standing frog legs each side with light band (turn knew out to squeeze!) -15 squat jumps with light band -15 fast step ups on each leg -12 step ups each side with opposite leg kick back
Rest 1-2 minutes and repeat 3x!!!! And if this is too easy for you hard core people out there, feel free to up the intensity by using a thicker band. It makes a difference! 💪🏼 Comment below and let me know how you liked it!!! 😊🍑

1. Glute bridge
2. Banded Glute bridge
3. ISO Bridge
4. Bridge knee drive

Glute Bridge variations and Hip Thrusts are some must do movements. We often perform these prior to working out to activate and prime our posterior muscles.
I notice that when I regularly perform these accessory movements my hips and low back feel it’s best
.
If you’re an athlete this is a must for back and hip health. If you job requires you to sit at a desk all day be sure to mix these in during your free time
