Ok, Monday - I see how it is! Let's do this. Let's go. I'm not backing down 👊
Was exhausted this morning and kids got up at 5:50 --> got up, took Energize and crushed leg day 💪
No food in the house and no working car --> ordered groceries from Amazon Fresh 💪 "That" time of the month showed up this morning (#ouchhh #sorrytmi) --> still got half of Day 29/60 done 💪
I have an overwhelming amount of stuff to catch up on because of all the weekend shenanigans --> going to let the kids watch a little extra tv today so I can stay sane, catch up on my messages, and squeeze a shower in 💪
Despite the crazy weekend and life feeling completely chaotic this morning, I'm going to listen to some PD, wait out the pain, and then crush my second workout.
This is life guys. We will have good days and bad days. There will be days where it feels like you're just getting everything thrown at you. We CAN'T control that.
Days like this used to stress me to the MAX and paralyze me. I would just write the whole day off and be completely unproductive. I had to change my mindset and realize that these days will come (and go). We can't control what goes on around us - we can ONLY control how we respond.
Today I'm choosing to be happy, to fight the anxiety I'm feeling, to fight my desire to lay on the couch and do nothing, and SHOW UP for me, my family and my kids 🙌
This little monkey was out there cheering me on this morning. I'm showing up for her! Teaching her that even on the tough days, we can do our best and get through.
