❗️Client appreciation alert ❗️ @sabriantonela6 been busting her ass since January from barely being able to lift the 45lb bar to doing complex movements like the clean & jerk. She tested herself several time with countless calluses on her hands, cramped up arms from pull ups and stayed consistent on her journey. This girls determination inside and out the gym got her results she never thought would be possible, I'm proud of you girl. A lot of girls are scared to hit weights and wonder why they aren't getting the bodies/results they want. Sometimes you got to get off the treadmill that you've been running on for 30 mins everyday since January and get uncomfortable with some free weight! Things won't change unless you do 👊🏽👊🏽

Day 1 of my elimination diet is finally here! 🥗 And I have to say, these first few hours are going surprisingly well! Doubt I'll be saying that tomorrow 😂 For these first 2️⃣3️⃣ days, we've ✖️out gluten, soy, dairy, alcohol, eggs, chicken, coffee, certain fruits and veggies, ALL refined/artificial sugars & condiments 😳So we're having to get SUPER creative with recipes 💭.
