Almost all traditional cultures prize organ meats for their ability to build reserves of strength & vitality.
Organ meats are extremely rich in fat-soluble vitamins A & D, as well as essential fatty acids, important very long chain super unsaturated fatty acids and the whole gamut of macro & trace minerals.
Wild animals and raw food and wild fed primal pets eat the organs of their kill first, thus showing a wisdom superior to our own.
The first solid food African Mother’s give to their babies is raw liver, which they thoughtfully chew for them. Folk wisdom throughout the world 🌎 including Europe, values brain 🧠 as food for babies 👶🏽 & growing children.
Liver, kidney, heart, sweetbreads & brains 🧠 are delicious and nutritious foods that were present on my menu as a child raised by ethnic cuisine.
Many of our grand parents will remember the days when liver was served once a week.
Liver provides copper, zinc, iron and vitamins A & D in abundance, but it also a rich source of antioxidants-substances that help your own liver remove toxic substances from the body.

Fun fact!! When the white man was getting Scurvy. Native American Indians were not. The reason for this is they were getting their vitamin C from the Adrenal glands of the moose and the organs too. Modern science 🔬 has very recently discovered that the adrenal glands are the richest source of vitamin C in all the animal or plant tissues.
The British like kidneys in their meat pie 🥧 Peruvians enjoy 😉 anticuchos-marinated, grilled beef heart. Sicilians on the streets of Palermo can grab a quick spleen sandwich 🥪 and Egyptians are partial to liver. In Afghanistan you can enjoy Kidney, heart curry with Okra, coriander & boiled eggs with Bone 🍖 broth, while the Japanese go in for the intestines. Chinese restaurants in New York serve up pigs ears.
Unfortunately most organ meat in the West is either incinerated or put into pet food!! #visionarylifehakz
