Conversations with @ketocounterculture got me thinking that it has been a while since I have had liver. This morning I cooked up a pound of #aberglenfarm#bacon And then I fried pork liver in the bacon fat and then I fried squash and mushrooms and a couple of onions in the bacon fat and then I fried up a few turnip fries in the bacon fat and then I put it all together for this delicious little treat. ( I had more liver on the side and hubby's meal I will post shortly). Don't underestimate the nutritional importance of #organmeat on a well formulated ketogenic diet.
