I practically lived on skyr last year when I traveled to Iceland, + it’s nice to know I can still get high quality yogurt here. I’m a huge fan of @norrskyr yogurt- the texture, the flavors, all the protein (15 grams!).
Sea buckthorn is my favorite. It tastes kind of like an apple-citrus combo to me; a little tart + earthy + slightly sweet. I threw together some yogurt, zesty ginger, sweet roasted blueberries + other stuff on hand to make a savory + wintery breakfast.
