Had this sexy bowl after sweating in the kitchen from roasting up veggies for the next few days😅 it was worth it!👍🏽🤤 meal prep isn't for everyone but I like to roast a few different veggies a couple times a week to have on hand! Today it was cinnamon sweet potato wedges, cheesy zucchini chips (both in stories) carrot fries + garlic herb broccoli. Loaded Pasta Bowl🥑🍝 in between lecture and lab today. Used what I had prepped in my fridge and this was the result! So quick & tasty + a very affordable meal👌🏽It's an absolutely incredible day outside here in CO so I am going to try and soak it in as much as possible! matcha-cacao pancakes! omg these taste so good you guys🙆🏻 this combo will definitely be on constant repeat🙌🏻💯 make it: 1/2 c @birchbenders paleo mix with 1 tbsp @thematchareserve chocolate matcha, 1/2 tsp of maca powder, 1/2 c almond milk. mix all well and divide the batter into two bowls. add 1 tbsp raw cacao to one of the bowls and cook the pancakes until ready. i had them with @siggisdairy yogurt, @wild_friends peanut butter and fresh figs.

El deporte siempre ha formado parte de mi vida. Por circunstancias empecé a practicarlo por la mañana (antes siempre lo hacía por la tarde) y ya no lo cambio. Me ayuda a despertarme, a sentirme bien y no interfiere en el resto de rutinas de mi día. Tengo fuerza de voluntad, si, porque levantarse tan temprano no es fácil. Pero prefiero dormir un poco menos. Paradójicamente me siento más despierta y con mejor ánimo. También tengo que decir que el verano ayuda. Y yo lo pienso aprovechar.
