These were my two snacks for the plane ride home along with a liter bottle of water. Which is also key when flying! It’s so important to stay hydrated. This will reduce the swelling in your body, and keeps you from being stale or “dry” (dry hands, dry skin, swollen feet and fingers) on your flight!
