Post-otf shake with my #blenderbottle
Love this thing! Makes it so easy to have my protein shake right after my workout...fuels me right up!
Those row run and core blast exercises kicked my butt!! But it hurts sooo goood. Sooo good. Soo goood. #orangeranger
Although I started my day feeling really sad and frustrated... thank heavens I decided to go through with my #otf workout today and voila.... feeling sore and happier already!
