That flawless complexion possibly has a filter over it;

That tiny waist and massive booty is possibly photoshopped or is simply because of the pose.

I even saw an ad for an app today where you can literally edit a photo of yourself to include things that you dont even have - tattoos, different colour eyes and hair, plumper lips, more contoured face and body....i mean seriously.... ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž I will ALWAYS keep what I share 100% real, raw and truthful because I think this is far more important than sharing photos that are a fake representation of how I look, or how people feel they should look by seeing it.
I obviously edit videos to fit the allocated clip length but I NEVER alter how I look, mum tum, pigmented skin, you get it all!! โœŒ

All well and good to wanna look lush for summer and feel confident in yourself.....BUT if you go about it in a shitty way and put your health at risk what is the point!! STAIRS to start my week! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ I love exercising using stairs because even if I am lacking motivation to train, I feel like because you can see the top you can tell yourself "just a few steps to go", and then your legs just surprise you and you manage 1 step at a time and make it to the top! ๐Ÿ’ช

Doesn't make a lot of sense given the stairs can be dam steep and hard but for some reason they just work for me!

Today I had the absolute pleasure of visiting a dear wee girl in the HDU at Christchurch hospital.

I was invited to come visit her with my good friend who had decorated an incredible gourmet cake and wanted to give it to someone in need.

It was the most humbling, beautiful experience seeing that wee girls eyes light up seeing a monstrous chocolate cake in front of her and you could tell how it uplifted the mood of everyone in the room. โ€ข
I took SO much out of today's visit - I was incredibly proud of my friend for such a kind gesture; she has gone through recent hardship herself but yet went out of her way to bring happiness and absolute delight to a complete stranger. I am so thankful to have a friend like her.

I completely admired this wee girl and her family for being so so strong and positive, she has completely touched my heart and I only wish I could make her better. I am thankful to have met her and to have helped put a smile on her face.

And as a mother, my heart just ached for this wee girl and as my toddler threw her dinner at me tonight I was actually thankful to even have the ability to serve her dinner, let alone have her at home, happy and healthy. โ€ข

An easy way to add some "extra" to your run or walk! โ˜†Find a reference point ahead of you (a tree, a lampost, a distinctive point on a track).
โ˜†Sprint to it!

This morning I planned on walking up a hill track - typical me got bored after 2 mins of walking so I started hill sprints simply by marking a spot in the distance for me to sprint to!

Then I walked it off for an equal amount of time and set another reference point and got my sprint on again!

Simple.As.That ๐Ÿ‘Œ
