WHAT A WEEKEND🔥❤ Still on a high from yesterday's competition, i had 2 goals going into the day. 1) Run my race, focus on what i can do and perform to the best of my abilities 2)Make the Finals (Top 15) Both goals were met and i'm super proud of myself as i never felt out of control, felt strong, fit and prepared. Never looked at the leaderboard so i never knew where i was but apparently i was 20th going into last workout but with nothing to lose i went for it and that was actually my best workout finishing in 8th place. (3RFT 20Wall balls 15C2B Pull ups 10 STOH at 70kg). Final was another proud moment where i had to do 20 thrusters at 70kg (pretty much bodyweight 🤣🙋♂️) and felt very strong. Awesome to catch up with old friends and meet new friends in the process Yesterday was just amazing and i couldn't have asked for a much better day and with some amazing people as well ❤ Thanks to the @formleeds crew that are always there to support me and always have my back. Thanks to the legend @jonnylandels 🐻that if it wasnt for his programming i would still be a first round hero #rewardthepacer , learning how to pace myself has not been easy but it has paid off massively and i've never felt this prepared and can't wait to keep working with him.
