TOTAL LOST: 7st 8.5lb (106.5lbs) (49.2kg)
So its another small loss this week. I am hoping for a bit more each week but the main thing is that I go down. I do want this whole journey to be a full lifestyle change but when it is a few weeks of small losses the finish line seem miles away! I just have to remember that I am 106.5 lbs down, 35.5 to go!! I had a super week in the gym this week. I didn’t miss a day and loved it. It puts me in such a good mood when I have been exercising well. I really do find I make the right food choices for the day after I’ve been to the gym as I don’t want to undo the work put in!
Now I have a couple of challenges ahead. This weekend I am at a Stag party in Galway. There will be plenty of drinks had for sure. I just have to try and limit the food intake! I will take my day of rest on Sunday and nurse the hangover. Then I will be ready to go again Monday morning. Then on Wednesday I am off to Cyprus on work again. I am there until Saturday. It will be a busy few days but the gym gear is coming. I will work hard to make sure I don’t do damage on the scales. Last time a few weeks ago on the identical trip I put on 1.5lbs. Not this time!! I will not be here for my weigh in next Friday. I will be back in 2 weeks time. I know I will have to work hard and be very careful with everything that I eat. Between the stag and trip in Cyprus it will take sacrifices to keep this journey going in the right direction.
