Talk about an employer having to educate employees how the system works!
Too many people lend their money on a 0% basis, get it back, and have it be their savings fund, travel budget, emergency fund ... that according to this letter gets used and blown without any thought or measure.
We don't need laws to prevent this. We need FINANCIAL EDUCATION and LITERACY!!! We hear about how companies are "on your side", but are they truly educating on how money works, what ALL the options available are based on each families need, and WHY it is so important to think about and create short-, mud-, and long-term financial plans? And doing so in a manner that is complimentary and free of charge?!? People with the mindset of scarcity are too worried about losing their money that they do nothing to educate themselves and end up receiving this type of letter from an employer. Meanwhile individuals with an abundant mindset are taking the time for themselves and those around them to ensure that rather than just plan for this Friday night they are properly set up for a legacy!
The time is now. If not you, then who do you KNOW wants to make massive upward moves to explore I'd they have what it takes to CREATE a meaningful legacy for themselves and help others in the process?
