Good thing I have a bunch of these #magicloths from my live #infomercial days. I needed it with all the #sweat I built up I made it!!! End of the week and with Easter weekend seeing family it will be busy and fun. #fridayfight from #insanity#max30 and I beat last week's time by over 2 min!
We all know the toughest part about exercising is getting started. Once you're in it, it gets easier....slightly.
After being away for a couple of weeks training other reps, it's nice to be back in my territory and to be behind the wheel again. It's a rainy day, but I'm not letting that hold me back. One satisfied customer already and meeting another one this afternoon. Let's see what else the day brings.
Nobody said waking up early to get a workout in was going to be easy or pretty. Before: I don't want to do this. After: That kind of sucked, but I'm up and it's over with. After shower and ready for the day: Time to fuel up and it was worth it.
It is challenging, but if you know why you're doing it then it always helps.
Can't wait to attack the day and more importantly get home to see my family!!! www.sergeplourdefitness.com
Loving the longer days! Today was a good day, for building relationships with customers and prospects. As soon as I got to my hotel room I immediately did my #piyo Buns workout. I knew if I didn't I'd find it harder to do later in the evening. Followed it up with my shake. Getting work done now and looking forward to tomorrow!
How do you dodge a Superman punch? You do a Piyo side plank. This workout always challenges me due to the length. I find the most challenging part is the last 15 min because it slows down and I have to work more on balance.
I've seen a significant difference and improvement in my balance and leg strength. It has also toned up my legs and glutes a lot.
Now to have an awesome day with my family. What are you up to today?
#Piyo Hardcore on the Floor has me going WTF!!! You don't just work your core....you work everything!!! Thanks @chalenejohnson !!! The gym was empty again. So moaning and groaning in pain at certain points wasn't embarrassing at least.
As much as it hurt I am feeling stronger with certain positions and I'm seeing a big difference in my legs.
