Final workout of prep is in the books πŸ“šβœ… God damn I'm feeling so good. At the beginning of the process 14 weeks ago, and many times along the way, I didn't think I could make it to this point. Prep is not easy in the least. It's being exhausted, hungry, and grumpy most of the time. It's dry scoops of pre-workout in the car, early mornings, eating bland meals out of Tupperware containers and spending your weekends in the gym. Lots of sweat, tears and saying no to your favourite foods. But this prep, as well as my last prep taught me so much about myself as a person. I know that no matter what life throws at me, I can handle it. Having made it to the end of this prep successfully almost has me in tears because I'm PROUD OF MYSELF and it feels so good to say that. In the moments where I wanted to quit, I worked harder. I was never motivated all the time, but that's where discipline comes in. Always remember what you want and how bad you want it. Finally being at the finish line has me feeling so empoweredπŸ’ͺ🏼 Time to relax and enjoy this week and what it'll bringπŸ‘™ #2daysout #ontarioprovincials @aroundtheopa

Most amped about my deadlift but PR'd in everything. 5 kg up in squat, 7.5 kg in bench, and 12.5 kg in deadlift. As well, up 13 wilks from last Provincials! Quick deadlift session today. Got in and hit 240 kg / 529 lbs again today but for a single (second clip). Felt gooood but was a whippy Texas bar. Let's see what I pull on game day!

Sweet bench PR from 90 kg at nats to 100 kg (220 lbs) post shoulder injury! Felt good. First single at 97.5 kg then, a single at 100 kg, and finished with 2x3 @ 85 kg. Trick is to jump the press command πŸ˜‚ @qtpowerlifting @everydayavi
