My man Sam after the 10 week online fat loss programme.

Week 10 98 kgs
Sam's in his second year at uni so still has a messy night out once a week and occasionally eats take away. He also severely injured his hand in week 3 which meant resistance training was minimal until 2 weeks ago.
Despite this he's consistently lost over a kg a week through dialling in his nutrition and increasing his energy expenditure whether it's traditional cardio in the gym or refing football matches at the weekend.
Sam's really applied what we first set out in Jan and stuck to it he's adherence to the programme has been first class. Our goal was to lose 10kgs in total and he's surpassed that. Despite my weekly check in and the occasional text he's really put the hard work in and looks sick as a result!

Let's be honest, no one has ever said the phrase, "Man I'm really working on my treadmill body"... .
No don't get me wrong, there is a time and place for using the treadmill, and I have spent my fair amount of time on one, but if you are truly going to build a shredded, muscular physique, a MASSTHETIC PHYSIQUE, then you will have to incorporate some Metabolic Conditioning work into your training. .
Our goal when programming these intervals is for maximum effort output, in the shortest amount of time, typically anywhere from 20 seconds to 1 minute of work, followed by 1 to 2 minutes of recovery. .
In total, you're aiming for about 15 to 25 minutes of time, with less than half of that being actual work. .
Talk about efficiency! .
Now obviously this isn't easy, and the harder you can push yourself, the more benefit you'll get out of it. .
Whether you're goal is burning fat or building muscle, these types of intervals will elevate your training and physique to the next level. .

In this workout, I implement a tri-set that really gets you sweating!
