🥇: Stiff-Leg Deadlifts > Shoulder Press •

4 sets x 12 reps

Notice at the bottom of my deadlifts when I am bent over, I complete a light swing with the dumbbells going out towards my toes, this motion keeps tension on my muscles longer and also allows me to hit slightly different muscle fibers.

Keep your knees slightly bent the entire time.

🥈: Good Mornings• 4 sets x 12 reps

Place bar across shoulders, Not on top of your shoulders. Keep your shoulder blades pinched together, and your knees slightly bent.

Bending at the hips, moving them back as you bend over until your torso is near parallel to the ground.

Keep tension on your glutes the entire time focusing on mind+muscle connection.

How to make sure you’re eating enough protein.

Are you not eating enough protein and missing out on some serious gainz?

The average female with 150lbs body weight needs 120 grams of protein per day.

If you divide that over 4 meals per day each meal needs to have 30 grams of protein.

30 grams protein sources -

Oily fish 170 grams
Pork 113 grams roasted
Cottage cheese 226 grams
Lean beef 113 grams
Large eggs x5
Tuna 115 grams
Chicken breast 100 grams
Turkey breast 90 grams

As your weight decreases so does your protein needs this is why it needs monitored over a period of time by yourself or a coach.

Have to use full body momentum on the heavy one and really anchor them feet in .
On the drag pin your arms back to keep tension on the back muscles .
Speed this part up on the video just so it wasn’t too long .

Just finished my home workout in my living room.

These are going to be regular from next week once the kids are home for the holidays.

I’ll miss going to my gym classes but with these home workouts I can choose anytime and any day to workout. I can even take them on holiday as they are on an app.

Its amazing how muzik can influence your mindset. Now my taste is pretty A-Z in genres but the reason for that is because it stimulates an emotion for me or an event for example i listened to this song when i was in camp for British Boys clubs Championship.
Everyone will ha e a different emotional response to the song but try it play with some songs and see how they change your mood.
