Potrebno:
-3 kašike speltinog brašna ( poželjno)
-2 kašike heljdinog brašna ( poželjno)
-50 ml mineralne vode
-1 kašičica soka od limuna
-1/3 kašičice sode bikarbone (poželjno)
-1 kašičica bilo kog hladno ceđenog ulja
-predlozi za filovanje: paradajz sos, pršuta, slanina, šampinjoni, masline, kukuruz šećerac, origano, mlečni proizvodi, tuna, susam...
Najpre uključite rernu da se greje na 220 stepeni. Pomešajte oba brašna, sodu bikarbonu, so, ulje, sok od limuna pa polako dodajte vodu dok ne dobijete masu koja može da se razvijate oklagijom. Biće vam blago lepljiva ali nema potrebe da je pobrašnjavite pre razvijanja jer će biti previše suva kora. Testo razvijete direktno na pek papiru oklagijom u krug, neka bude tanje, max 3 mm,a 20ak cm prečnika. Podlogu zajedno sa pek papirom prebacite na pleh pa dodajte ostatak sastojaka za filovanje po vašoj želji. Pravac rerna, nisam sigurna za tačno vreme ali biće brzo gotova, jer je kora izuzetno tanka.

-2 tablespoons of buckwheat flour (preferably)

-1 teaspoon of any cold-pressed oil
-ideas for top:tomato sauce, prosciutto, bacon, mushrooms, olives, corn sugar, oregano, dairy products, tuna, sesame ...
First turn on the oven to heat up to 220 degrees. Mix both flour, baking soda, salt, lemon juice, and slowly add water until you get a mass that can be flatten by a rolling pin. It need to be mildly sticky, but there is no need to add flour, because it will be too dry. You can flatten dough directly onto the baking paper by making it like a circle, let it be thinner, max 3 mm, and 20 cm cm in diameter. Place it together with the baking paper on a tray and add the remaining ingredients on the top as you wish. Direct to the oven, I'm not sure for the exact time but it will be ready soon, because the crust is extremely thin.

Burger pogačice, brza i malo zdravija verzija bez kvasca.
Potrebno(2 komada) :
-3 kašike speltinog brašna(poželjno) -2 kašike ražanog integralnog brašna(može i pšenično ili ječmeno integralno brašno)
-1/3 kašičice sode bikarbone
-1/3 kašičice praška za pecivo
-sok od 1/2 manjeg limuna
-1 kašika bilo kog hladno ceđenog ulja
-oko 100 ml mineralne vode
-prstohvat kima
-prstohvat soli
-susam za posipanje
Najpre uključite rernu da se greje na 200 stepeni. Za to vreme umešajte sve sastojke osim vode i susama, pa tek onda kada ste sjedinili polako dodajte vodu. Prvo će vam se učiniti da je masa previše retka i lepljiva, ali polako zgusnuće se malo. Na pleh stavite pek papir pa formirajte dve pogačice i pospite susamom. Peku se dok ne nadođu, porumene i budu hrskave. Ukoliko želite da omekšaju odložite ih u neku posudu, uvijte u krpu dok su tople. To je to, pogačice gotove, možete ih zamrznuti dok su sveže, biće jako fine i kada odledite.

Required (2 items):
-3 tablespoons of spelt flour (preferably)
-2 tablespoons of rye whole grain flour (can also wheat or barley whole grain flour)
-1/3 teaspoon of baking soda
-1/3 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 small lemon
-1 tablespoon of any cold-pressed oil
-about 100 ml of mineral water
-pinch of salt
-sesame for sprinkling

Jutro! Upravo sam isprobala ove ljuspice od heljde i ekspandirani proso koje sam kupila pre mesec dana. Nikako nisam znala uz šta da kombinujem. Pa sam jutros došla na ideju da u blenderu miksujem onu klasičnu kombinaciju: banana, oko 80ml vode, 1 urmu, 1/2 kašičice kakaoa, 1 kašičicu kokosovog proteina, par kapi arome vanile, 6-7 badema, 1/3 kašičice čia semenki. Dobila nešto onako kao šejk i u to ovo hrskavo, proso i heljdu. Prilično fino moram da priznam! Dobar početak dana! 💚

Da li je neko za najbržu prolećnu čorbicu? 😊
Potrebno:
-1 srednja tikvica
-2 srednje šargarepe
-3 čena belog luka
-1 kašika mlevenog lana
-so, biber, kurkuma i majčina dušica
-po želji možete dodati kašiku maslinovog ili neko drugog ulja, peršun, kari
Pošto kupujem baš mlade tikvice ja im ne ljustim koru, samo odstranim vrh i iseckam na kolutove. Šargarepu ljuštite i seckate na kolutiće pa zajedno sa tikvicama i belim lukom stavite u šerpu sa 4 do 5 šolja (od 180ml) vode. Sve se kuva 15ak minuta, dok se šargarepa ne skuva, a tikvice će sigurno biti gotove jer njima treba manje. Odvojite sve tikvice, malo kolutića šargarepe, kašiku lana, beli luk, sa šoljom tečnosti od kuvanja i sameljite u blenderu. Ja ne pasiram svu šargarepu, ostavim uvek malo čisto zbog vizuelnog efekta u tanjiru. Onda sve vratite u šerpu od kuvanja izmešajte da se sjedini pa posolite i začinite. Možete dodati malo ulja na kraju ukoliko vam je previše dijetalno, mada je meni ovako savršena. Može se jesti i naredni dan, samo čuvajte u frizu, prilično je lagana i odlična za čišćenje organizma.

Required:
-1 medium zucchini
-2 medium carrots
-3 garlic cloves
-1 dobra tablespoon minced flaxseed
-salt pepper, turmeric and thyme
- if you like, you can add a spoon of olive or some other oil
I buy very green zucchini, so I don't peel them,just cut. Peel the carrots, chop them, and together with the zucchini and garlic, put in the pot with 4 to 5 cups (1cup=180 ml) of water. Everything is cooked for 15 minutes, until the carrots are cooked, and the zucchini will certainly be finished because they need less. Separate all zucchini, a little of carrots, a spoonful of flax seeds, garlic, a cup of liquids and mix in a blender. I don't mix all the carrots, I always leave it a little for the visual effect in the plate. Then put everything back in to the pot to sit together, add salt and spice. You can add a little oil in the end if it's too light, although it's so perfect for me without. It can be eaten the next day, just keep in your fridge, it's pretty nice and excellent for cleaning your body.

Neverovatno je to koliko mozak reaguje na nešto što vidi, nekako poveruje, kao to je to, evo piše! Ovo je prednost pisanja, ništa vas ne kosta, a mnogo daje.

Beetroot burger, bez mesa, sa cveklom i još finih sastojaka.
Potrebno (4 komada) :
-1 šolja kuvane leblebije
-1 šolja kuvanog ječma
-1/2 šolje rendane cvekle
-1 ½ kašike čia semena
-so, biber, kari, beli luk ( šta god volite od začina)
Koristila sam leblebije i ječam koji sam imala već skuvane, pa nisam sigurna za količinu sirovih koje su potrebne. Ali hajde možemo reći da je to po 1/2šolje sirovog ječma i leblebija. Potopite preko noći u vodu i ujutru u drugoj vodi kuvate (posebno sam kuvala ječam, posebno lebebije). Ječmu je potrebno oko pola sata, dok je leblebija zahtevnija, bar 45 minuta. Odvojite potrebnu količinu ( oceđeno od vode) i zajedno samleti u multipraktiku. Na kraju dodati rendanu cveklu ( lepše izgleda), začine i čia seme pa umešate kašikom. Sad možete da uključite rernu da se greje na 180 stepeni, taman dok čia seme malo upije i poveže masu. Formirajte burgere i poređajte na pek papirom obložen pleh. Peku se oko 40ak minuta. 🔽

Required (for 4 burgers):
-1 cup cooked chickpea -1 cup of cooked barley
-1 / 2 cups of grated beetroot
-1 ½ spoons of chia seeds
-salt, pepper, curry, garlic

Kada krene sezona tikvica zaluđena sam ovom salatom. Nzm koliko nekome ima logike ova kombinacija, ali eto može da vas podstakne da napravite nešto slično ili eto samo da napravite salatu od svežeg povrća, pa kakva ona god bila. Ovde je krastavac, tikvica(baš tanko isecite da bi bolje primile preliv i birajte baš mlade), paradajz, može i paprika da se doda. A ovaj preliv kojim je povezano sve je miks senfa, hladno ceđenog ulja, malkice soka od limuna, so i mirođije. Nisam imala svežu pa sam stavila suvu, ali ako imate svežu odlično, plus peršun malo, odlično. Preporuka je da dodate i malo prepečenih semenki suncokreta. Ja je napravim i ostavim u frižideru da se ohladi i sve fino primi dresing. 🔽

Ne znam šta bih vam rekla za ovaj 'lebac, prosto je savršen. Recept na koji se često vraćam, jednostavan, ali baš! Oslikava moj blog, baza ludih ideja koje ćete razraditi i svaki recept prilagoditi sebi. Uživajte u kuvanju! Elem, da ne tupim mnogo, ide recept za Banana hleb u nastavku. 😂
U blenderu sameljite 4 banane, dodate 5 kašika hladno ceđenog ulja, aromu vanile pa sjedinite. Zatim tu ide 1 + 1/2 šolja integralnog brašna (ječmeno, ražanog, ovsenog ili speltino) 1+1/2 kašičice praška za pecivo, 1/2 kašičice sode bikarbone, prstohvat soli i seckano suvo voće, crna čokolada ili neki orašasti plodovi. Sve dobro ujednačite kašikom, masa ne bi trebalo da "leti" i bude tečna previše. Pek papirom obložen pleh za hleb(poželjno) , masa u to u rernu zagrejanu na 180, nekih 30ak minuta(prvih 15 min ne otvarate rernu). Pre sečenja je pozeljno da se ohladi, biće mnogo bolji.
