Left: Before training, Middle: 2 years in, Right: This year--> DO NOT QUIT, JUST KEEP GOING! The time will pass anyway & you WILL lose it if you don't "use it.” (The gym, that is) 😅😏 It SUCKS having to keep starting over, so just do yourself a favor & make it a lifestyle.
