Like with all lifts, weight is irrelevant. Keep form slow and controlled and focus on pumping the target muscles. Isolateral movements like this will build balance and symmetry as well as develop a lot of striation due to extra muscle activation. You'll even feel this in your #core. Drive with elbow against ribs and twist grip or supinate as you gain height. Just like a punch. Flex the chest at the peak of each rep then keep tension constant as you resist down. Triceps and shoulders will definitely assist but try to put all strain on chest primarily. These single arm presses allow you to get really deep, isolate the individual pectoral muscles and develop symmetry. Slow down, explode up and keep tension constant. Focus on engaging and activating the chest and doing the work by squeezing the muscle to elevate the weight. Resist on the return down then repeat. Without rest switch arms and rep to failure. 1 min rest between sets. 4 sets total to failure each time.
