"Am I, Jessica, living to be the BEST version of who I want to be?"
What a freaking MOTIVATING question!!!
I have weekly hour long sessions with my High Performance Coach and they’ve been a game changer... in my personal life and in my business and I’m only in week 4.
This is one question gives me so much clarity on the areas in my life where I can step up and the things I need to do in order to facilitate that process. - Enter meal prep. ✨
When I worked outside the home, I HAD TO do this or I would starve at work. Since I made the switch to full time work from home mom, this area has struggled which leads to me being off on my nutrition, not feeling my best physically which leads to low energy, low mental clarity, less confidence, less productivity, and before you know it I’ve got nothin to give to anyone. Ya...I know that escalated quickly, but it’s true! -
So, one of my tasks was to meal prep! Well, coach you would be proud! Check out this fridge! AND I added my mission and clarity words so I see them every time I open the fridge. How cool is that?! You guys can do this too! Just put tape down and wrote with sharpie over the tape some inspirational words or goals you have to be your best self every time you open that fridge door! Awesome right?! I thought so! 😎 I’m already feeling so much better about this week!! Good thing too because I’ve got 8 more days of the hubs being gone, a new coach training program kicking off and it’s prep week for our 21 day health & fitness challenge. I’ve gotta being my A game! SO ready!!! -

Breakfast: Overnight Oats
Lunch: Organic salad with all natural ground turkey, garbanzos, feta, shredded carrots, garden tomatoes, & lemon vinegarette.
Snacks: Hardboiled eggs, chopped veggies, superfood Shake (duh 🙄), Beachbars, Apples & almonds. -
Beverages: @kevitadrinks & @805beer 🤷🏻♀️ #balance ha! -
