Breakfast at Mani’s lunch home at Chembur. Best South Indian food I’ve ever had in a restaurant! Absolutely everything from chutney to Pongal to filter coffee, it was brilliant! And this is in Mumbai, not down south! What a happy, content and soulful way to start the day! ❤️💥 and all those greens on display at the roadside! Checked out the newly opened Dookbaeki Korean restaurant on Calgary Trail. A small menu focused on soups but very authentic and tasty overall! Really enjoyed the seafood pancake, the blood sausage stew and lettuce wraps. An excellent addition to the south side food scene!
Avocado chopped up and sprankled wid sum peppah, mixed in some basmati rice with soya sauce is so damn good, I don't really know why, but it's just is. Maybe it's the salty, fatty, starchiness of it all combined just om-gommin around in the ol' facehole. Pretty cheap filling meal too, I could eat this everyday and not get bored.
