When I got this piece I was asked why a lot. It’s not the easiest to read (especially in the dark, but it’s called the dark side of the moon black black, so really, what did you expect), and it’s also not overtly branded. I got it first and foremost because I loved it, it stopped me in my tracks seeing it in real life. I got it because the team at @european.boutique is amazing, and made me feel welcome and totally not weird for trying on a guy’s speedy while ignoring all the diamonds, small faces and delicate pieces I’m supposed to like. I also purchased it for me and for no one else, and I liked that there isn’t a giant omega brand plastered on it. It means I fly under the radar most of the time. What’s on your wrist should define a style, an attitude, your personality, and should have its own character. Because otherwise, it’s just two hands that tell time. I bought this piece because it tells my story and it never gets old.
