I did some borderline heavy jerks last Friday! Practically pain free! As the new semester starts and I start getting back into my groove with training, I think I'm going to let go of my attachment to the goal of qualifying for juniors snd put my focus into building a LOT more leg and core strength so I can finally move up a weight class and say goodbye to being a scrawny 77. I'm 6'1", I need to be at least an 85k lifter. Anyway, it's the long haul for now, no big competition goals this year, just get stronger.
