🏋️♀️Clean- Contact Point🏋️♀️ How do you determine where your contact point should be in the clean? Get into your “under” phase in the Snatch. Then, move your grip in to your clean grip. Boom! Why the under phase? This position is our “transition” position (From being over the bar to behind the bar). This is the ideal contact spot so we can make contact at our most advantageous position (So we get all of our extension into the bar + direct our power in the right direction). The contact point varies more in the clean based on your arm/torso length & grip width but this will help you find YOUR contact point!
