WHY IS MY RIGHT ARM STRONGER THAN MY LEFT:
One of my online clients asked me the other day why his left arm is noticeably weaker than his right. So I thought I’d dive in and research a little more. I found some cool stuff and made a fun little post 🙂

Why am I telling you this?
📖 Studies have shown that right handed people are actually 10% stronger than their left hand.
But what about left handers? Left handed people showed no significant increase in strength with their left vs right!
Side note and reason for my IG study: studies show left handed people make up 10% of the population 🌎
Based on those who took the poll, 11% of you are left handed! 👏🏽🤯
So next time you’re shoulder pressing, and on the last couple reps you notice your left arm start to fatigue and slow down as your right arm is still cranking out reps, remember this post and know you’re not alone 👭👭👬👫
What can you do?
1️⃣ Start on the less dominant arm and match reps with your dominant.
2️⃣ Do more sets on your less dominant side.
