About last night... the pump was real. 💪🏼☺️ Sooo happy with the progress my upper body has made since my snowboarding injury in January! Finally feeling on top of it with the gains. Only ☝🏼⬆️ from now.
Focus the coming months is rounder glutes (always I have a small frame and wasn't gifted in that dept), delts delts delts, and lats! Trying to make my X factor stand out for 2018!!!! Time to work smarter not harder 😉

My split will consist of hitting glutes 3x, lats 2x and delts 3x with a lot of compound movements BC my body seems to do better with that kind of training! 🔑 Do what works for you!!!!!!!! This industry is not black and white there's a lot of grey (assumptions, studies that will deter you and people who think they know everything with nutrition and training), do your homework too and take everything with a grain of salt, because there's sooooooo much to learn.
