Happy Friday! I went a little crazy on the carbs yesterday so I’m keeping it low carb this morning. Pasture raised scrambled eggs cooked in @fourthandheart California garlic ghee with half an avocado, tomatoes, cucumber and hummus. Hope you have a great day!
Another📸 because that⬆️ #vegan Mediterranean bowl was amazing 😉✨🤤 it had: falafels, tabouli, hummus, olives, 🥑, sauerkraut, babaganoush 😋, 🍒🍅’s, lettuce AND tofu feta😱 I think🤔 that’s everything😂 there was so much&it was SO good👅👅😎
This week is meat week 🍲 it appears in almost all my meals. For breakfast i've got creamy scrumbled eggs with onion and becon, and fullgrain roll. After breakfast i'll drink banana and pineapple milkshake. Lunch is a bomb 🎆 beef steak with baked potatoes, a bit of broccoli and salad. After work i'll have Italian style wrap with prosciutto, rocket salad, spinach, plum tomatoes and olives. And last but not least, my favourite fried noodles with chicken and veggies. Ahhh, can't wait for this week 😊 just to let you know, my mealpreps are not any diet. I'm just a busy person, who doesn't want to end up starving or with some crappy food, while running from one school to another.
