This girl is a naturally a negative person but I fight it because that negative 👎 attitude is such a downer and it gets you nowhere in life.
I really have to work hard to believe in myself. I have to work hard at having the confidence to keep going on the days that the scale doesn’t budge. I have never been a confident person. I never even knew that my language and how I felt about myself in the past was tied to my results. 😲😲😲 I never had a clue that my negativity sabotaged everything that I was going for... So, yes I show up for workouts. Yes I try to eat clean. But I also know how important it is to get your “head in the game” as well!! What books or things do you use to keep a good attitude and to feel confident??? 📚📚📚
