Today was a scheduled cardio recovery day.
But my body felt differently.
I have an old injury from the birth of Kynzie that likes to come out to "play" occasionally.
So, I decided to do a yoga flow for lower back pain from the Beachbody Yoga Studio on BOD.
I followed that up with some of my PT exercises and a quick 20 minute sesh on my Spoonk mat.
Listen to your body.
Soreness is good.
PAIN is not.
