I’m privileged to be in a position where I get to meet people from all walks of life young and old alike.
And one of the most intriguing questions I pose to them after developing some rapport over time is why or how did their situation arise which is mostly due to or stem from some kind of lifestyle problems such as being overweight, diabetes, generally poor health etc...
Well most of the answers goes like this..I never thought this could happened to me... or for the older generation is always I taught I will have time to sort it out or make time for my health and fitness, then before you know it etc.
