Mark's been with me for over a year now, he came to me when he stopped seeing progress on his own.
We made a few adjustments to his nutrition and training and I coached him online for a few months.
He then became the first lad in my Strong & Fit Camp team and since then he's just got stronger, fitter, faster, leaner and more confident to the point where now it's hard to catch him with his bloody top on😂
For any of you lads out there who have a goal of getting stronger, fitter, faster and leaner take a leaf out of Mark's book because that shit will not happen over night! It takes time, consistency and hard work just like this lads put in.
Anyway take a read of Mark's answers to these 4 questions I asked him.
Where was you before you started with me?
I was just at pure gym using my own personal knowledge and had run out off ways to lose fat and gain muscle.
How's being coached by me helped you with the above?
I now have to the confidence to walk around everywhere half naked.
Where are you now in comparison to when you started?
I am 4 stone lighter, stronger and in the fittest shape off my life and I'm only going to carry on that way.
What do you enjoy most about TA Fitness?
The atmosphere is awesome and the people are good, I've been there from the start and seen a lot off people come and go but the people who have stuck at it make a good team and a good laugh.
It helps when your trainer is a sick guy and doesn't just show off, non off this I’m ur trainer and I'm better bullshit he's down to earth and knows people have life problems and it’s not just about gym life but improving your whole life and out look and that's what I like.
I've watched this lad grow and change through sweat, pain and difficult times yet he still continues to progress💪
