Soondae Bokkeum (순대볶음, Korean Blood Sausage Stir Fry)
Turns out when you make soondae from scratch, you end up with A LOT 😝 I took some of the leftovers from my last post and made it into soondae bokkeum, a spicy stir fry with veggies, noodles, and soondae.
Strangely enough, even though I’ve eaten this dish many times, I’ve never made it before. So I made mine using @seonkyounglongest ’s (go follow her btw) recipe. While I didn't have all the veggies her recipe called for (I was too lazy to go grocery shopping lol), it was still really spicy and tasty. It’s even more awesome with some soju!! 😋🤤
