Some lifts from this week as meet prep continues for Battle at the Beach. 460 x 5 for deadlifts and 405 x 5 for comp squats. Both were supposed to be @ a 9, but definitely weren’t lol. Feels good to start lifting heavy again, and technique is looking 👌🏼. Shoutout to @judalion13 for your background entertainment. Now time to stop sandbagging my rpe’s!
