Who else likes oden? Oden is a Japanese one pot dish where different ingredients are cooked in a soy dashi broth. This yummy oden bowl was from @zakkushicarlton. My favourite is always the daikon radish (centre of pic), I think it tastes so comforting on a cold day.
My least fav is the konjac jelly (bottom), I'm really not into the snappy/bouncy texture. In case you're curious, the other items pictures are tofu, a long piece of fish cake and some shirataki noodles also made from konjac starch. The yellow blob on the left is karashi, Japanese mustard.
