Perfecting the basics & flexibility workshop. This Sunday 23rd @ 10am 🧘♂️ Join me for a fun, relaxed and hands-on environment for beginners and experienced yogis alike to perfect the basics of a good yoga practice. The morning will include:🧘♂️ * 75 minute vinyasa yoga flow
* Key alignment for classic postures
* Creating strength in your practice
* Creating flexibility (30min flexibility practice)
* Guided Meditation (helps with anxiety & overthinking)
* Healthy snacks & treats
*Special discount: Friends, siblings, partners 2x €40!* The morning kicks off with a 75 minute energizing vinyasa flow.
Then we cover correct alignment of your body in classic postures, helping you listen to your body and strengthen as you practice yoga. Perfecting planking, core work and overall full body strength. This will in return help you work on engaging key muscles and further your own practice, to get the best possible experience out of each yoga class.
We will then work on our flexibility! No you do not need to be flexible to start yoga but this is something your body will create over time and special flexibility practice can you postures to work on at home.
We finish with a guided meditation that will teach you how to switch off breathing exercises to help with stress, anxiety or most commonly overthinking this wraps up the morning before we dive into the treats!
