Here is me doing some modified version of 2 core exercises. What I've done is that I've combined both of these movements together, which helps me to get maximum amount of work in the shortest time possible. I have been doing these for the past few days and it does feel much better than doing those two individual movements separately. You have to make sure that you are not moving much of your lower body, let the torso do the moving part.
There are 4 movements in 1 rep, which means, a left swing, a right swing, left side stretch, and a right side stretch. All these 4 movements make 1 rep for me at least and I do a total of 5sets of 15-20reps. You can do less as well, depending on your level of core strength and fitness.
