Abs and Obliques standing exercises
A beautiful shaped figure and a toned stomach is what we would all love and some like me desire to have it in reality. We all absolutely love the thought of it but hate working for it. Am I right ?? No one likes to do abdominal exercises, they are absolutely the worst, the hardest exercises out there, "That is my belief of course". 😝
Most ab exercises are painful , hard to perform and require a lot of mental focus to even accomplish. 😌😥
I have found that the abdominal muscle is the hardest muscle to shape and tone up, but that doesn't mean that I'm giving up on my dream figure!! No way Jose😀😀😁 It has definitely taken longer then I expected to see real definition. I've been at it now for 6months and I'm still breaking through the medium phase. I do see some small not really significant shape and muscle tone. But Ey.. any results, small or big is better than no result at all.
So here are some modifications or some may say , "easy options" and low intensity abs and Obliques exercises you can do, either at home or the gym.
I did these for 1 min each with no break in between and immediately followed with the next exercises, until I completed my routine. Once I performed all the exercises as demonstrated in the video. I took a minute break for water🥛 and repeated the workout routine again and again until I completed my 4 repetitions of all complete sets. 🏆🏆🎆
I am a little more use to this now, which means I've gained muscle endurance and strength. So if you are new at this, please take your time with it , take water breaks in between because you will need them but don't cheat yourself out of it by performing only half of the workout . Take your time and complete your workout. I promise you , you will feel good about it and yourself once you've completed your workout.😍🤸💪
