Anyways side note, still feeling really good in the gym but I'm preparing myself for when I hit that wall. By wall I mean the feeling that will start to happen as I get leaner. Hormone levels decrease, energy levels decrease, etc. Being lean isn't everything but being healthy should always be a goal. But there is a confusion between being healthy and looking good. Sometimes they don't belong together, although I think finding a balance between them is key.
This prep is something different entirely. Getting as lean as I will be isn't considered "healthy" But it's a goal I am willing to push myself to achieve. So let's do this 💪💯
