Happy Sunday!!💗🍌 In my element right now with my #dormroomoats and YouTube 😌 I already have oats and a chia buckwheat mix in my room that I put in with my oats (because healthy fats and fibre) but I got some other things from the caf.
Lately I’ve been drinking 3-4 litres of water per day which tbh partially gets cancelled out by how much coffee I also consume, but I think it’s really been helping my skin and digestion! Drinking tons of water not only hydrates you but alssooo flushes out toxins, keeps you fuller for longer (lots of times people feel hungry when really they’re just dehydrated) and is super super good for digestion.
Anyway, here I have oats mixed with the chia mix with half water, half unsweetened vanilla almond milk, frozen (now defrosted) blueberries and raspberries, half a banana, flax seed, and some peanut butter that I mixed with water and heated up to make it runnier. I also had a litre of water this morning because a) coffee and b) if I start off my day with water then I feel fuller and more satisfied with my first meal.
