Not sure exactly what I'm thinking with hot oatmeal in this hot Louisiana weather🤔 but ohhhhh well!
It's just oats cooked in water/almond milk with grated zucchini, flax meal, @vega_team coconut almond, blueberries, coconut & a glob of @tedpeanutbutter🥜.

Do you eat breakfast early or late? I'm a late breakfast person.. around 10.30am ☺️ I love oatmeal with fruit and almond milk as it's really nutritious, filling and high in fiber which is great for lowering cholesterol 😋💪💪 This morning we left on our 12 day road trip around New England with my mum & dad. 🍪 🍶 COOKIES DE MIEL Y ALMENDRAS 🍪 🍯
¿Se acuerdan de la receta de leche de almendras que subí ayer? Bueno, les dije que NO tiren el excedente así obteníamos harina de almendras. Así que acá les tengo una receta de galletitas que, si suplantás la miel por agave o miel de maple, pueden ser veganas #govegan.
Para hacerlas, necesitamos:
⏺1 cucharada al ras de polvo para hornear. ⏺1/2 taza de harina de almendras (podés hacerla procesando las almendras, o poniendo el excedente de la leche a secar en el horno)
⏺1 cucharada de mantequilla de maní. ⏺1 cucharada de aceite de coco derretido (o el aceite que tengas).
⏺1 taza de harina de avena (yo procesé avena de @cerealizate).
⏺1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla. ⏺1/2 taza de harina integral. ⏺4 cucharadas de miel. ⏺25 almendras (o una por cada galletita) que también conseguí en @cerealizate
👉 Mezclá en un bowl la harina de almendras con el aceite de coco hasta formar un arenado. 👉 Agregá la harina de avena, el polvo para hornear y la harina integral y mezclá con las manos de manera uniforme. 👉 Agregá la miel, la esencia de vainilla y la mantequilla de maní y formá una masa con las manos 👉 Formá bolitas y ponelas sobre una placa previamente engrasada o con una lámina de silicona o papel manteca. 👉 Aplastá las bolitas con un tenedor para aplanar las galletitas y darles forma 👉 Agregá una almendra a cada galletita 👉 Llevá a horno bajo por 25 minutos aprox. ¡Y listo! Son re fáciles de hacer y les juro que quedan exquisitas, súper ricas. Quedan crocantes por fuera y algo blanditas por y dentro. Yo hoy desayuné 4 chiquitas.

-1яйцо (добавляем в овсянку)
-1банан (тоже в сковородку)
Готово🤷🏻‍♀️
В тарелку добавила сироп без сахара, ложку арахисовой пасты, семена, клубнику.

Since it's snowing in Calgary currently 🌨... cozy breakfast of apple pie oats 🍎
Ingredients: •1/2 cup of oats •1 cup almond milk •1 TBSP chia seeds •vanilla extract •cinnamon •1/2 a chopped apple •1 banana
•peanut butter
Cook oats, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, chia seeds apple and 1/2 a mashed banana over medium heat until boiling, then simmer for 5 minutes. Then top with the rest of the banana, apple, peanut butter and walnuts. Stay warm Calgary 🙏🏻

Hoy sera entreno doble jornada, 6 am y 6pm para hacer extra cardio. Hoy en la mañana entrene muy temprano con @mariadelmar138 hicimos ejercicios para tonificar piernas y abdominales. A veces decidimos hacer ejercicio no tan fuerte en ayunas, pero ibamos preparadas para despues quedarnos en la universidad. Cada una con pancakes para desayunar pero con distintos objetivos. Los mios tenian 2 claras de huevo, 3 cdas de avena, 1/2. Cda de chia, un chorrito de leche de marañon sin azucar, cacao en polvo y por ultimo canela. Yo #gwaleco empece mi dia 7 de perdida de peso (grasa) entonces las medidas son mas exactas y reduciendo ciertos productos. En cambio maria con el objetivo de subir masa muscular, sus pancakes para el desayuno tenia 5 cdas de avena en hojuela, 1 huevo entero y una clara, 1 cda de proteina de quest @questnutrition salted caramel, 1 banana completa y un chorrito de leche de almendra y marañon que viene con proteina de la marca @lovemysilk ❤️💖🇺🇸 las metas siempre estan, aunque allan dias que quieres renunciar recuerda que el dia de mañana puede ser mejor y no tires todo por la borda. Esta cuenta me ayuda a motivarme a mi misma y tener siempre mis objetivos en la cabeza.
