I may have lost size, but I don't let things out of my control bother me. When you deplete your body of carbohydrates, you completely empty your glycogen stores and you go flat. Your muscles "deflate" and you lose size and strength. Which is also why before you step on stage, you take the last 3-7 days to eat carbohydrates and replenish your body and see the finished product with all the fat stripped off. Being depleted, weak, and small during prep is a sign of burning fat. Don't do a re-feed day if you're trying to lose fat rapidly, why replenish your glycogen and have to re burn it before entering that fat burning zone again? Can't wait to carb up before the show and see how I look full & vascular! But for 3 more weeks I'm staying in the fat burning zone and still reppin 315 on rows πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž I always lift heavy to maintain the strength I can! Training shouldn't change when diet does, sure you can add higher reps to bring stirations and lines out when cutting, but don't neglect your bread and butter heavy compounds. Tip/Rant from Trev :) haha

A huge part of weight loss is believing and realizing it's not going to happen overnight. My transformation went from 320 lbs (heaviest) to 180 lbs my lowest weight, to my current weight which is 210 lbs. I honestly feel happy with myself and my training! πŸ€™

Having the Fitbit is definitely encouraging me to do loads of little extra bits - walking instead of taking the bus, taking the stairs instead of the lift etc! It's great!!! Interested to see over time if it will still have the same effect... I really hope so! Haha!

So tonight I've been given the honour of attending the @hospice_uk Gala dinner to celebrate their 50 years!! It's going to be a great evening and cannot wait to hear more about their fantastic achievements during this time!!

Not bad considering I'm not walking around Disney any more!
Having the Fitbit is definitely encouraging me to do loads of little extra bits - walking instead of taking the bus, taking the stairs instead of the lift etc! It's great!!! Interested to see over time if it will still have the same effect... I really hope so! Haha!

EXACT 7 WEEK DIFFERENCE SHOWN! I knew I was behind for my show, I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to make it. I was 11 weeks out from my Teen Men's Physique Show, looking like I was 20 weeks out! I have to give credit, where credit is due. Bostin Loyd may be an extremely controversial figure in the fitness industry for his blunt honest (which, I highly respect) about what REALLY goes on in professional Bodybuilding, some love him and some despise him. This man has done nothing but an amazing job as my coach. He took me as a client 11 weeks out super out of shape, warned me of the consequences to become ready (suffering from low calories and high cardio for an extended period of time) allowed me to do monthly payments because I'm a teenager, and gave me his phone number so we can contact via text. He's had me on an INSANE plan that's been the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. But, were getting it done and I'm listening to my coach. πŸ‘ Thank you, Bostin! Because of you, I will be doing the @npcwestcoast Classic in 4 weeks! I highly recommend him to anyone trying to get in shape out there! πŸ’ͺ
