Man does it feel good to lift heavy again! This is from yesterday's chest workout. No matter what I'm trying to do (bulk or cut or maintain) I ALWAYS and will always start off on incline every chest day. Nothing is more impressive than a strong incline bench! Gonna keep my body weight at 200 pounds and keep getting stronger and stay as lean as possible. Just because I wanna stay at this weight doesn't mean I don't want to progress, I want to stay 200, just become a better 200! I hope everyone had a good Monday! And if you didn't, stay positive, brush off the negativity and make the rest of your week good! 💪

Not only a #transformationtuesday but my 1 year of having been on this journey. It is possible to change yourself, I've done it! I'm so much more clear in my mind and body it feels great. I did not do any crazy diets, but small lifestyle changes. I have diet restrictions that are out of my control, so yes, I may eat a little healthier than the average person because I have to, but that doesn't change anything. I wanted to do this for myself and my future self. I may be a year in but this is just another beginning to a new goal, and to finish my last one... I still have 3.8lbs to loose. . See my last post. My total is 31.2lbs in one year and a complete self change. Soy grilled tofu with peanut and stir fry veggies and quinoa! Awesome and easy #meatfreemonday recipe! Soaked the drained #tofu in soy sauce, garlic and ginger, after 10-15 minutes, grill on a med-high heat. Same time cook off onion, broccoli, red pepper and spring onions. When cooked add soy sauce, lime juice, ginger and #peanutbutter top with chilli and peanuts 😍😍

Back up to the 90's for some solid reps! I'm slowly letting my body readjust to the heavier weights instead of just going all in and attempting the 120's for a very small amount of reps with potential of compromising form. Leave your ego at the door when you walk in the gym, or you might get a one way ticket to #SnapCity 😤 really focusing on going all the way down to get that stretch reflex in the chest! The stretch is the best thing for development when it comes to ANY muscle! None of that half rep BS 😜

New YouTube video topic that will be filmed today "How did I gain 53 Pounds in 4 Weeks?" And maintaining visible abs the whole time. This is the most frequently asked question I've been getting for the past week or so, which definitely means I need to make a video to thoroughly explain 🤓 here is the gist of it, though. Your muscles are like balloons, and your body is an adaptive mechanism. When you deplete your body of carbohydrates, fats, and nutrients over a long period of time like I did, your muscles deflate and your body rids itself of all excess water weight and glycogen. Then, when you start feeding your body and nourishing it, it soaks every single nutrient like a sponge! 30 pounds of my weight gain could've likely been just straight water that my body likes to hold when not restricted. But, will get into further detail in the video! Meal prep ✅ Mixture of low and high carb meals this week: chicken stir fry, BBQ and kale pasta for Tuesdays big cycle and Moroccan chicken and chickpeas with spinach.

I think sleep is one of the most overlooked things when it comes to something that controls our motivation and happiness. These past 5 days I was sleep deprived, and each day the little amounts of sleep added up. Last night I went to sleep around 10PM, and I woke up at noon today! 😂😅 thank the lord for it being Saturday, one of the few days I can sleep in! But that's a total of 14 hours slept.. that's how I know my body needed rest. I feel 100x better today. Trust me, turning off that TV and putting your phone away when you're lying in bed and just going STRAIGHT to sleep will tremendously effect your mood then next day. Lack of sleep can lead to loss of motivation, anxiety, depression, and if you lift.. LOSS OF GAINS! 😱 lol. Get your sleep and always let your body recover! 👍
