I'm getting weaker!! Couldn't finish my two sets of 6-8 with the 120's! They felt like 150's today!! After some heavy incline Barbell, my Dumbbell Press was shot. I normally hit the 120's for a solid 6-8 reps but today I only got a set of 4 and I had to go down to 110's for 8.. When you lose fat, your pressing movements take a hit more than your pulling movements. Why? Because theres simply less Trevor Chapman to push the weight. I have to bring the dumbbells down further due to less water and size cushioning my chest. But, can't let stuff like that mess with your head! It's inevitable! I like to be strong don't get me wrong, and I will go heavy for my rep ranges every workout to maintain strength as much as possible while dropping body fat. ๐Ÿ’ช

Definitely didn't feel good today during today's workout. 7 Weeks Out, looking leaner everyday and I've been on the go all week! leaving the house at 3:30AM for cardio, working 8 hours and then training with weights and more cardio afterwards with no carbs.. Some days I'll get home 15 hours later from when I initially left. I decided to wake up, hit the gym and do cardio and now I'm letting my body recover since I have the day off. ๐Ÿ™ felt a little nauseous on the way home, my body is telling me to rest and I'm very thankful I have today off. This is the "suffering" I was speaking about that I will have to go through in order to be ready. But, notice how I'm smiling on the picture on the right, that's because no matter how much I felt like shit, I'm doing what I love so I'm happy. ๐Ÿ‘ but, always have to look out for my health! Now this I'm happy about! This week even though I've been sick and I've only been to the gym once (although I'm about to go now so that's twice :P) I've still managed this! Which also means I've broken the 10lbs total lost barrier and I'm currently 3.8lbs away from having lost an entire stone, that's crazy! :D so so happy! Feeling a tonne better today so off to the gym to crank out chest and triceps and finish off with a long cardio session, let's do this! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

The hardest part of 'starting again' was not actually going in today, but it was coming out of the gym after. The realisation that all those months of hard work last year have been undone through poor choices and bad habits. No stamina for the cardio i wanted to do, though i managed 30 minutes of '1 minute sprint 1 minute walk' then a 15 minute incline walk and finished up with 10 minutes on the cross trainer. Not a bad workout, but i know I am capable of far more. Goal for the prep: Look like a teenage Superman on stage. ๐Ÿ˜‚ tomorrow I'm going to be 7 weeks out!! Damn, time flies. These past 4 weeks with Bostin's coaching and plan have been, at times, excruciating but a beautiful struggle. I don't like to take too many shirtless pictures in between each week, I've been trying to do shirtless pictures only on Saturday's so I can see my grind of the week payoff. I think of it as a motivation, "if I do this cardio session, hit this weight training session, and stick to my diet, next Saturday I WILL be one step closer to having a show ready Physique. Just like @bigjuicedaddy says.. "I know that if I do EVERYTHING I am supposed to, I WILL wake up a better bodybuilder. And, if I don't do everything I'm supposed to, the next day I will look the same... or worse!" Which is so true you guys! Stay on track and let your results of tomorrow be your motivation. If you stick to the diet and training, you WILL wake up leaner. If you study for the test to the best of your ability, you WILL get a passing grade. It's all possible, it's just a matter of... WILL you do what it takes? I forgot what a carb tastes like btw LOL

So after months of stumbling and half-assed attempts to get going at the gym again, following 2 months sidelined after my operation, i decided to book myself a week off of work for the sole purpose of hitting the gym hard. No other plans, no distractions and most importantly no excuses.
