What 18 weeks of competition diet & exercise looks like! 10kgs between photos! Don’t ever doubt yourself and what your body is capable of. I remember thinking β€œthere’s no way I can look like a bikini competitor” blaming my genetics and focussing on what I don’t have rather than what I DO have. Trust me you are capable! Everyone has such different bodies and some have to work harder on certain areas than others but put in the hard work and TIME and you will get there. Building muscle in the right places, Dropping body fat and finding the right poses that work for you and before you know it you will look like a bikini competitor! βœ¨πŸ‘™πŸ₯‡ I know next time I compete I want to have more muscle and the goal is to put on minimal amount of body fat so I don’t have to drop as much again. He's karate kicking everyday now making his presence known. I'm feeling good through the day still but I find I crash at night quite early so quite a few early nights lately. Food cravings I've been wanting chocolate a bit so will enquire with midwife about potentially using magnesium as this might be a sign I'm lacking in it or just ma pregnancy hormones 🀣. Weight training 6x and 40 min cardio walks most days to keep cardio fit and ease fluid retention. Training is still going really good I'm loving it but I Do miss not being able to do any abdominal work, I won't for the reason it could cause my ab separation to come back which it may anyway as I had it first pregnancy. I weighed in at 97.5kg today in the gym. That is 4.4kg up from my lowest of 93.1kg, which was about two weeks ago now.

I'm not counting calories or macros at the moment, however I know that any results will always be that much better if I was to track things. With that said, I'll be doing my best to begin using myfitnesspal again and really utilise it on a bulk and structure an off season diet which is something I haven't really done before. I've always reverted back to a "dirty bulk" mentality which includes alot of fat gain and not a whole lot of muscle. I'm hoping to keep things a little tighter this time.
