I weighed in at 97.5kg today in the gym. That is 4.4kg up from my lowest of 93.1kg, which was about two weeks ago now.
I'm not counting calories or macros at the moment, however I know that any results will always be that much better if I was to track things. With that said, I'll be doing my best to begin using myfitnesspal again and really utilise it on a bulk and structure an off season diet which is something I haven't really done before. I've always reverted back to a "dirty bulk" mentality which includes alot of fat gain and not a whole lot of muscle. I'm hoping to keep things a little tighter this time.
