Day 12 - #3kadaychallenge
I’m bringing back the sweat band! I bought this wrist band for a dress up party years ago. It’s getting a lot of mileage in Brisbane’s summer. Even at 5.30am!
Today was my first run back following a training programme from my coach @victoria.phillippi of @run4prs. Victoria got me from a slow, shockingly inconsistent, wannabe runner who lacked confidence to killing my first marathon in 4hrs 8mins #NYCMarathon2017! And all in 16 weeks. If you’ve ever had a goal to be a runner and train for an event, or just want to nail a PB then I really recommend getting professional training plan.
