Ethiopian food! Not the most photogenic 😅 but very tasty. Yebeg Wat - tender pieces of lamb marinated first with butter then sauteed with berbere sauce. And Meskerem Combo - tibs wat, gomen besaega, yebeg alecha, miser alech and miser wat.
Uni banh ni on toasted baguette, pâté, sea urchin and pickled vegetables - doesn't it sound promising? And looks promising too, yea? 😍 BUT... it was underwhelming 🙁 Not sure why there was spicy chilis on top that blanketed the entire uni taste - all I tasted was a creamy mouthful of spiciness.
