Let's #moveforgold . Today's workout was a modified version of the @cleveland_area_rucking_crew memorial WOD for @mettleforger . I have it say it was hard, but something in me just wanted to make each set a little better as I got closer to the finish. I did it just as the sun went down, which added an element of "hurry before it gets too dark." Total time 2 hours, 5 minutes.
