I've just arrived London for work for a few hours. As I'm sitting in a taxi, going towards the office, I thought I'd share the account that I absolutely adore, and that has been with me since I had a teeny weeny amount of followers. Yes, I'm talking about Asha @foodfashionparty ❤️. She is one of the sweetest persons here on this platform and I call her the queen of Indian food! Baked cauliflower and fennel, bellpepper, apples, #nuts, zucchini, tomatoes and fermented #tofu "Feto". I actually planned to do some gym courses tonight but as there was traffic jam like everywhere I didn't make it in time. Nevertheless there's a yoga class left for me 😁 .

So...ich hatte euch ja schon vor längerer Zeit versprochen, mal etwas zu meiner "Fitness Routine " zu schreiben. Auch wenn diese im Moment weniger routiniert ist als ich das gerne hätte 😅
Ich trainiere im Moment einen Zweiersplit (Krafttraining logisch 💪🏻) normalerweise gehe ich 5-6 mal die Woche ins Training (effektiv zumindest, reden zähle ich jetzt mal nicht als Trainingseinheit 😅✌🏻). Die letzten Wochen wollte mein Körper nicht ganz so wie ich wollte, aber ich finde in solchen Situationen ist es ganz ganz wichtig, sich auch mal Ruhe zu gönnen. Wer immer nur fordert und weiter pusht ist irgendwann leer und dann geht überhaupt nichts mehr. Ich will in jedem Fall jetzt wieder mehr machen. Aktuell gehe ich um wieder zu den Fakten zu kommen 4-5 mal an die Geräte. Kurse habe ich eigentlich erst relativ spät für mich entdeckt ... weiter in den Kommentaren 👇🏻
