Ingredientes 🥞 En una licuadora 👉🏻 [ 1/3 taza de avena en hojuelas + 1/2 taza de garbanzos cocidos + 1/2 taza de zanahoria rallada + 1/2 taza claras de huevo + un chorrito de leche de almendras + 1 tbsp de canela/vainilla/polvo para hornear ] -

Luego : agregar mezcla en un sartén; es opcional agregar un poco de aceite de coco o ghee para que no se peguen, esperar a que salgan burbujitas para poder voltear los pancakes [ Los hago chiquitos para que sean varios ] 🙌🏻
